This policy explains how Glovoxe collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Glovoxe app and related services. The Services are intended for users age 17+.

1) Who this policy applies to

Glovoxe is provided by Glovoxe Team (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy applies to the Glovoxe app and related services. The Services are intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information collected with your permission.

A. Information you provide

  • Account: name, username, email.
  • User-provided content: event details (titles, dates), notes/reflections, reminders you configure.
  • Customer support: messages and any attachments you choose to send.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device/app info: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone.
  • Usage & diagnostics: feature usage, performance data, crash logs, troubleshooting logs.
  • Location (authorized): precise or approximate location if you enable it at the OS level.

C. Photos / face data (if you choose)

  • No facial recognition: we do not perform face recognition for identification and we do not store biometric identifiers for advertising or profiling.
  • One-time processing: if a feature produces an output you request, we process only what is needed to generate it.
  • Default local storage: content is designed to stay on-device by default unless you explicitly choose to upload it for a feature.
  • No training/marketing use: we do not use your photos/content to train marketing models or for targeted ads.

3) Optional automated processing (if you choose to use it)

Some optional features may offer automated processing of text and/or images to generate content you request (“Generated Content”).

  • User control: you decide whether to upload any content to run these features.
  • Processing location: uploaded inputs are processed on Glovoxe Team’s own servers to produce the requested result.
  • No third-party sharing: uploaded text/images are not shared with any third parties for processing.
  • Deletion after processing: inputs are deleted promptly after processing completes and results are returned, except where retention is required by law or for dispute/security needs.
  • No training/marketing use: we do not use inputs for training or marketing.

4) Cookies & similar technologies

If web-based components are used (e.g., login pages, embedded web views, or a website), we and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) for login, preferences, security, and measurement.

5) How we use information

  • Provide & maintain: accounts, countdowns, timelines, reminders.
  • Personalize: preferences and settings.
  • Improve: analytics, debugging, performance.
  • Security: fraud/abuse prevention, integrity.
  • Support: customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Legal: compliance and enforcement.

We do not sell your personal information.

6) How we share information

We share information only on a minimum-necessary basis:

  • Service providers acting as processors under contract (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support tooling).
  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • Legal compliance and lawful requests.
  • Protection of rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition), with appropriate safeguards.

7) International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. When required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

8) Security

  • Encryption in transit and (where appropriate) at rest.
  • Access controls and least-privilege practices.
  • Regular reviews/audits and monitoring.
  • Backups and recovery processes.

9) Retention

  • Account data: for the duration of your account.
  • After account deletion: delete/anonymize within 30 days.
  • Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
  • Support records: up to 6 months.

10) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction/objection, or withdrawal of consent.
